For the construction of our DUO homes, we call on local, Vendée-based companies. These second homes* are made in France, just a stone’s throw away from our residential parks.
Our leisure homes* have everything you’d expect of a comfortable, modern home, including bright living rooms, fitted kitchens with all the mod-cons, direct access from the bedroom to the deck, bedrooms with a double bed and premium bedding, bedrooms with single beds, plenty of cupboard space, and so on.
The equipment finishes are high-quality, and the furniture is modern and stylish.
DUO homes* by Logis de Montaigu
Logis de Montaigu, a Vendée-based company, has been building high-quality wooden mobile holiday homes (RML) and light leisure homes (HLL) for more than 10 years.
The DUO homes* by Logis de Montaigu have a timber frame and four-season insulation so that you can enjoy your second home to the full all year round.

NEXO DUO 44
This 40-m² lodge for 4 people includes :
- A living room of over 21 m² with a furnished lounge area open onto a fully fitted kitchen (oven microwave, refrigerator, sink, hotplates, extractor fan, dishwasher, cupboards).
- A master bedroom of approximately 6 m² with a double bed and fitted wardrobe.
- A second bedroom of around 6 m² with 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe.
- A shower room of around 5 m² with a shower, cabinet, cupboard, washing machine and heated towel rail.
- A separate toilet.
COTTAGE DUO 51
This 49-m² high-class lodge for 4 people includes :
- A living room of over 26 m² with a comfortable lounge area and modern furniture, and a fully fitted kitchen (oven microwave, refrigerator, sink, hotplates, extractor fan, dishwasher, cupboards).
- A master bedroom of approximately 10 m² with a double bed and large fitted wardrobe.
- A second bedroom of around 6 m² with 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes.
- A shower room with a cabinet with drawers, cupboard, washing machine and heated towel rail.
- A separate toilet.
As an option, an en-suite bathroom can be added on to the master bedroom.
On these two residential park homes, it is possible to customise the floors, walls, furniture fronts, curtains, furniture, external cladding, and more.
