Deuxième Adresse has a range of mobile-home models in its residential parks that will suit you and your family’s way of life. For the construction of our FAMILY homes, we call on local, Vendée-based companies. These second homes* are made in France, just a stone’s throw away from our residential parks.
The mobile homes have everything you’d expect of a comfortable, modern home, including a light, airy living room, a fitted kitchen with all the mod-cons, direct access from the bedroom to the deck, rooms with double beds and premium bedding, bedrooms with single beds, plenty of cupboard space, fitted wardrobes, and more. The equipment finishes are high-quality and the furniture is modern and stylish.
Family homes* by Logis de Montaigu
The Vendée-based company Logis de Montaigu has been building wooden homes, certified made in France, for more than 10 years.
The residential park homes have a timber frame and four-season insulation, meaning you can enjoy your second home* to the full all year-round. You will also appreciate the large patio doors which let natural light flood into the entire indoor space.
The Logis de Montaigu homes have wooden exterior cladding, an excellent insulating material, which will require regular maintenance.
The homes are customisable: floors, walls, furniture fronts, furniture, curtains, exterior cladding, and so on.

As an option, an en-suite bathroom can be added on to the master bedroom.

This home* of more than 65 m² is ideal for a family of 6 people. You’ll love the spacious, 34-m² living room.
It includes :

- A master bedroom of over 10 m² with a double bed, a large, fitted wardrobe and direct access to the deck.
- 2 bedrooms of around 6 m², each with 2 single beds and a fitted wardrobe.
- A shower room with a shower, cabinet with drawers, cupboard, washing machine and heated towel;
- A separate toilet.
As an option, an en-suite bathroom or a storeroom can be added on to the master bedroom.

Among our Family homes* are models by Cistébois, a Vendée-based manufacturer of wooden mobile homes.
The Cistébois residential park homes have a timber frame and four-season insulation.
The Cistébois homes have PVC exterior cladding made from recycled tyres, which requires no external maintenance, unlike wood.
Several ‘mood’ options are available to customise your Family home*: seaside, nature, industrial.
